Our fees may be subject to change at any point. We will inform you of any changes 30 days prior via written notice. HR Star Membership is agreed on a 12 month rolling subscription. Any requests for cancellation prior to the end of this subscription, shall require 30 days notice. Any payments already made or made in full are not eligible for refund.

Any documentation or advice provided by HR Star Consultancy Ltd on use of any of our services, unless explicitly stated, is not a substitute for legal advice or representation. Any documentation provided by our Services, website or correspondence with you, remains the exclusive property of HR Star Consultancy Ltd.

Prohibited Conduct

On using our Services and website, you must not:

a) Use false information or impersonate others on any of our platforms

b) Attempt to contact other members of the HR Star Membership or any other Services to make a private agreement that would otherwise be made with HR Star Consulting Ltd.

c) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to computer systems or memberships that are not your own.

d) Attempt to interrupt or negatively impact HR Star Consulting Ltd in any way e) Modify, reproduce, copy, display, publish, sell, transfer, transmit or licence any works, information, software obtained through HR Star Consultancy Ltd unless explicitly advised you can do so.
