Corporate Sales Manager

  • £25,000 - £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

We are excited to be recruiting a Corporate Sales Manager to join our growing family business providing bespoke gift boxes. As the Corporate Sales Manager, it will be your responsibility to drive growth in our B2B sales. You will be responsible for securing new business, as well as managing and upselling to existing accounts. 

This role has no commission cap, so there is no limit to your potential earnings!

We are a small and friendly team, and the successful applicant must be prepared to join in all areas of the operations at busy times. Experience in Corporate gifting would be highly advantageous, but not essential. 


Main responsibilities: 


  • Creating materials and a sales pitch to help reach and target our B2B audience
  • Conducting sales meetings with clients to drive new and repeat business
  • Working alongside the Head of Marketing to create and implement a sales and marketing communication plan for B2B
  • Up selling existing clients
  • Account Management of all corporate enquiries (from enquiry to completion)
  • Pricing up corporate offerings relevant to the clients’ brief 
  • Working alongside the Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the process between corporate and ops to ensure stock is booked out and ready for orders to be packed / resource is available 
  • Analysing and reporting on corporate audiences and buying behaviour to optimise future activity
  • Admin to ensure everything is recorded and measured 


Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Proven track record in B2B Sales and Account Management
  • Active listening and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, utilizing all channels of communication
  • Resilient nature, ability to handle objections and rejections
  • Proactive problem solving and strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable pitching and presenting to existing and potential clients
  • Experience in corporate gifting (desirable)
